• Apartment full capacity is 5 persons + baby (baby-cot available at NO extra charge)

• Apartment is available during WHOLE YEAR for business people, scientists, researchers and tourists.

• Prices are in Euros per day and include electricity, gas, water & linen changing. 

• Minimum staying in apartment is 7 days. 

• There will be extra charge of 30% for less than 3 days staying.

• Tourist tax is paid extra for persons older than 12 years:

  • 7.50 Kn per person in Jul & Aug

  • 5.50 Kn per person in May, Jun, Sep & Oct

  • 4.50 Kn per person other times

• 10% reduced price, if booked in advance, but not later than 1^st May (deposit 25%).
